					<description><![CDATA[RE: SCREENED IN PORCHES.  We have a screened in porch and agree with Carol, we love every inch.  Here&#039;s ours: We chose floor to ceiling screens on all three sides.  And, yes, we have a drain in the concrete floor for overflow rain.  I would say the best decision we made was making the floor of the porch the exact level with the rooms in our home -- i.e. no steps.

If we have our glass sliders open it becomes another room in our home.  It&#039;s safe navigating across the tile floors with a toy or even a wheel chair.  Thanks Daymaker for links to the 28 porches.]]></description>
