Hi Carol -

Those mosaic mazes are something else!

I'm totally in for trying the zucchini instead of avocados salsa, too, especially when the crops (soon!) of zucchini multiply and multiply in our gardens or neighbors' gardens who gift them to us!
And bonus that it doesn't turn brown in a few hours like avocados have a tendency to do!

Just has to be WOWZER fresh tasting! And now we know the "inside scoop" of the little green bowls or portion cups of the Taqueria green sauce thanks to Yvette's sharing of this recipe.

Yes, ever cool Clint 100%. Class act(or).

So thrilled you enjoyed and we sure do thank you for your share + care + time!

WHOA! 100 year old Italian wine glasses! What a treasure, Marty.

Glad ya caught the in the dishwasher scene and able to rescue them from the full on water power of the dishwasher.

We sure appreciate your love and support of Daymaker!

Daymaker's ingredients for cleaning wine glasses caused a bit of left over anxiety from Mother's Day. There were 8 of us around the table. Some drinking wine. After a fine dinner, my adult grandson announced he would do the dishes. "Well, thank you, Honey" was my grateful response. Later, facing the closed dishwasher, I thought I would take a peEk to make sure all was well within.

"OHHH NOOO!" I screamed softly using my inside voice, there are my 100 year old Italian wine glasses that my aunt left me, all haphazardly lined up with my common water glasses!

I was dying without saying a word to my sweet grandson. Knowing they were very brittle with age, I cautiously lifted each up with fear and trembling.

Whew, they were safe. I felt grateful as I washed and dried each so softly by hand. I-I- I- I'm still have some, some, some trembling!

So much coolness in this issue! The mosaic mazes are fascinating and I'm anxious to see your similarly inspired Finder's Keepers wreath. Gotta be cool!

And who would have thought zucchini could be a stand in for avocado. I'm in!

I just commented yesterday that we haven't been serenaded by "our" woodpecker in a long time. For a while he visited often, using a telephone pole to sound out his greeting, but he hasn't been around lately. I was amazed to learn of the number of species of woodpeckers and of the variety of colors and markings. Who knew???

And ever cool Clint. What a great story about a really great guy.

Thanks, DayMaker, for a terrific start to the week!
