Thank you. Now for the deboning chicken comment. After deboning, yes of course, save the carcass for broth soup as the recipe suggests. Here comes a second tip. I place the cooled broth into sandwich bags and freeze them flat side down on a cookie sheet. After frozen, simply line them up in the freezer for easy to reach meals. As for my favorite, Chicken broth soup, heat and serve with chopped green onions and homemade croutons. Whew, is that ever good.
