Today’s Daymaker, Chili Relleno Casserole, is perfect for my Thursday morning women’s gathering. The rule is we all take turns bringing food however I have a beast of a time figuring out what to take. Problem solved! I will prepare the Chili Relleno ingredients the day before and then on Thursday morning mix it up and pop it in the oven. Smiles.
