"3 favorite words" asks Daymaker:

Well, that would be: "TIME TO EAT" I love good food (yet I show little interest in mediocre food.)

Here's our Christmas menu with 12 at the table. Filet Mignon, scalloped potatoes, salad topped with Daymaker's Sweet, Spicy, Salted Candied Pecans. Then comes my grandson's homemade rolls. Now roll the drums, our dessert is Ina Garten's coconut cake with raspberry sauce served with coffee.

I have a smile on my face as we make our way to December 25.

Merry Christmas to you, sweet friends.

What fabulous artwork! So perfect for this joyous season!

Tracy had me chuckling - as usual.

Loved learning about the celesta - and its forever link with the Nutcracker. How wise was Tchaikovsky!

An abundance of pecan halves in my freezer beckons me to try the Sweet Spicy Candied Pecans recipe. I love spicy pecans in spinach salad, on ice cream, or by the handful ;)

Ho Ho Ho! Christmas is almost here!!!
