I'm with Carol on the fettuccine pasta. I also love it and the simpler the recipe (Thanks Daymaker) the more I enjoy it. I recall the first time I ate fettuccine . We were vacationing with my brother and his wife in Estes Park, Colorado in 1980. Kay ordered fettuccine and I recall asking her what in the world did she order? She described it and I said, "Ok, I will try it too. " That was all it took to fall in love with the flavor. The simpler the recipe the more I like it. Now add a little salad plus great bread and BINGO everybody at the table is happy. Well, hold up, there's always room for one more request. "Could you bring the dessert menu please?"

Frank Deshandol's amazing photos prove that nature has some truly amazing creatures - both in form and in color composition. Outstanding!

I Believe - a wonderful recipe for life.

I don't usually crave pasta in the summer time, but lately my taste buds have been shouting PASTA. And the oh-so-simple fettucine Alfredo recipe will definitely ease my craving. I also like that it calls for sour cream, not whipping cream. Yum, yum! Can't wait to try.

As usual, a wonderful start to the week!
