Now to today’s recipes: Summertime Cucumber sandwich is my favorite. Just this morning I bought Philadelphia Spreadable cream cheese for my toasted bagel and then opened Daymaker and found the bonus recipe with more ways to use such an incredible favor. Of course there is always a 3rd way: grab a spoon and dip in. Yummo!

And those yummy recipes. Watermelon Greek Salad is a must-try this summer, as is the embellished cucumber sandwich and Cabbage Grilled Cheese Sandwich. Bloody Mary Gazpacho! Why didn’t I think of that!!!
