I’m pretty sure you’re gonna love Smokin’ Chipotle Slaw. Recipe was actually adapted from a Mexican restaurant in California called Chevy’s. The other slaw recipe I wanna try to figure out/recreate is the Cilantro Slaw sold at Cox Farms Market in Duncanville, TX. It’s TDF. I’ve put my thinking cap on many, many times — reading the ingredients — not just yet. Several years and counting — still haven’t cracked that Copycat recipe code. When I do — I’ll share it!

My recipe file is expanding like crazy with all the wonderful recipes you send our way. You said the magic word when you said the Smokin’ Chipotle Slaw was perfect on FISH tacos. I’ve tasted a lot of said tacos and the sauce makes or breaks the dish. I definitely will try this.
